Breakfast for weight loss

Gram flour cheela

Eating gram flour in breakfast is a healthy option. To make the gram flour cheela tasty, you can mix topoo, onion, green chillies and green coriander in it. You can also put any other vegetable of choice in stuffing. First, add gram flour, cumin, salt and red chili powder and make a solution. Make a thin cheela from it and fill the cheela by filling the stuffing of the tofu in it. Prepared is delicious and weight loss breakfast.

Oats uttapam with beetroot grace yogurt

To make it, take a small amount of yogurt, spices (cumin, turmeric, black pepper), salt and oil to cook oats, mix vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum). Grind the oats coarsely and mix finely chopped vegetables, curd and spices in it. Make a solution and heat the pan and spread the solution. Bake on both sides and Oats are ready to be the uttapam. Add beetroot to Greek curd and mix. Add salt, cumin powder, black pepper to it. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves on top.

Paneer Dal Chila

For breakfast, you can eat cheese moong dal cheela and eat it. For this, add cheese and onion tomatoes and prepare stuffing. Soak the lentils and grind and make a solution. Now mix salt and choice spices in lentils. Heat the griddle and spread the cheela after grease. When the cheela golden sink from both sides, fill the stuffing. Prepared delicious cheese cheela, which you can eat with any chutney.
