If you have also recently got married and want to change your surname and address in your Aadhaar, you can do so. For this, first of all you have to go to the nearest Aadhaar Seva Center with your husband. You will have to go to the center and fill the form in which you will have to provide other information like name, Aadhaar number and mobile number. Apart from this, you will have to attach copies of some documents with this form and take the original copy with you to the centre. You need to carry husband’s Aadhar card, marriage certificate and marriage card among the documents. The officer present at the center takes your documents as per requirement. Then copies of these documents have to be attached with the form and submitted to the concerned authority. After this your biometrics are taken and your photo is also clicked.
