Coconut mint chutney recipe
These days the fresh mint is being found in the market. The taste of mint is as good as it proves much more beneficial for health. Must include mint in any way. Most houses have mint sauce in summer. Coconut mint sauce recipe
First step- Add 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Put around 1 teaspoon gram dal and half a teaspoon of urad dal in the pan. Now add half a teaspoon of cumin, 3-4 garlic bud and 1 inch piece of ginger and fry it a little. Now add half a thick chopped onion in this pan. Fry the lentils until it turns brown.
Second step- Now add a bunch of mint and fry till it melts lightly and when all the things are cooled, transfer it to the mixer jar. Add half a cup of raw coconut, one piece tamarind and 3-4 green chillies. Add a little salt and water and grind finely chutney. It is now the turn to prepare the tempering for the chutney.
Third step- Put 2 teaspoons of oil in the tempering pan and add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds and chop it. Now add half a teaspoon of urad dal, add two pieces dry red chili. Add 8-10 curry leaves and let the flavor come in the tempering while shaking everything. Now put this tempering in the sauce.
Fourth step- Tasty chutney of coconut and mint is ready. If you eat it with idli, dosa, vada or uttapam, it will be fun. If you want, you can also eat it with cheela or something else. This chutney will also be liked with Lemon Rice.
