On social media, Nutrinist doctor Reema has shared information on her Instagram and said that while losing weight, many people follow the wrong habits and follow the wrong habits. These habits cause heavy damage to your body.

Eating fruits instead of eating- In the process of reducing obesity, some people eat fruits instead of eating. By doing this, insulin increases in the body. This also increases the amount of fat in the body. If you want to eat fruits, eat it during breakfast and take protein or fat together to balance it.

Eating a handful of nuts- In the circle of healthy, some people start consuming a lot of nuts i.e. dry fruits. Nuts are nutritious, but they also give 150-200 calories to your body. It would be better to eat 6-8 nuts after eating a handful of nuts throughout the day.

The walk is not only enough- some people consider the walk as effective for being thin. Walking is considered to be the most effective for losing weight but it is not enough to reduce fat. You should start body weight workouts.

Only home remedies are not enough- some people take small home remedies for weight loss. But it is not right to depend only on cumin or fenugreek water for weight loss. These things strengthen digestive power, but do not burn fat. Only these things do not reduce stubborn fat.

Light salty and snacks- Many people start eating light salty and snacks while losing weight. People find them more healthy than these chips, but still contain salt, refined oil and hidden additives. You should eat plain gram in their place by adding roasted snacks or lemon and salt.

Drinking tea/coffee on an empty stomach- Most people start the day with tea coffee. Which proves harmful to health. This increases cortisol, hormone disturbances and fat can also accumulate in the stomach. You should consume tea/coffee only after having a protein -rich breakfast.
