Ingredients for Veg Spring Rolls-
– Maida – 2 cups
Cabbage finely chopped – 1 cup
-Paneer grated – 1/2 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1
– Capsicum finely chopped – 1
-Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1
– Black pepper ground – 1 pinch
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
-Salt – as per taste
-Oil

How to make Veg Spring Roll-
To make Veg Spring Rolls, first take a vessel and sieve all purpose flour in it. Add baking soda to this flour. Now add water and prepare a thin and smooth batter of maida. Now keep this solution covered for about an hour. Now to make the stuffing of rolls, first put oil in a pan on medium heat for heating.
When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onions and green chilies and fry for about 3 minutes. When the onion starts turning light brown in color, add finely chopped cabbage, grated paneer and finely chopped capsicum to it. Fry this mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes. After this, add soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt and mix it all well. Now your stuffing for the roll is ready.
Now put a nonstick tava (griddle) on low flame and put some oil in it. After this, with the help of a spoon, spread the fine flour mixture on the pan like a dosa. When the color of the upper surface of the batter changes and it starts leaving the sides of the pan, take out this dough made like dosa on a plate. Prepare wrappers of all the batter in this way.
Now take a wrapper and put two spoons of prepared stuffing on it and spread it thin in length. Now roll the stuffing from the wrapper and twist it from both your straight and opposite sides. Finally, fold the wrapper from the top and close its mouth. Similarly prepare the rolls of all the wrappers one by one. After this fry these rolls on the pan. If you like to eat more oily food then you can deep fry the rolls also. Serve the prepared rolls with tomato sauce or green chutney.
