Ingredients for Creamy Corn Chaat-
1 cup boiled corn kernels
5 cherry tomatoes
1 slice lemon slice
1 tablespoon red chili powder
2 tbsp sev
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup chopped red capsicum
1/2 tbsp Chili Flakes
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons garlic mayonnaise

How to make Creamy Corn Chaat-
Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped zucchini and red capsicum. Fry on medium heat for 1 minute. Now add corn and fry for a minute. Now add red chili powder, chili flakes and salt as per taste. Give a good mix. Take out the mixture in a bowl. Garnish with mayo of cherry tomatoes, lemon, coriander, sev and garlic. Toss and serve. You can also add olive oil to this recipe instead of butter.
