Das Lakshan Parv is a major festival of Jainism. This festival is celebrated to honor the ten main virtues of Jainism. This 10-day festival is starting from 8 September this year and will end with Anant Chaturdashi on 17 September. During this time, the followers of Jainism make different types of sacrifices. raw banana with asafoetida
You can make a dry asafoetida curry from raw bananas. For this, boil the bananas. When it cools down, peel it. Then cut it into round shapes. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida to it. Then add all the spices and mix. Add bananas as well and then mix well. When the bananas are slightly roasted, turn off the flame. Banana asafoetida curry is ready.
Make vegetable for chilla
You can make a vegetable from gram flour cheela. It is also called Tayla ki sabzi. To make it, prepare the gram flour batter by adding salt and chili powder and then fry it like a cheela. Now to temper it, heat ghee in an oil and then when it is hot, add cumin seeds, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry it. Then add water to it and when it boils, break the cheela and put it in it. After boiling well, add garam masala to it and then eat it with paratha.
Delicious ripe banana vegetable
If you want to eat something sweet and sour with puri, then prepare a vegetable of ripe bananas. For this, put ghee in a pan and then crackle cumin seeds in it. Add all the spices like salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and roast them. Add some water in it and then roast it. When the water dries up, add chopped bananas in it.
