The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) top decision -making organization on Wednesday approved the launch of ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023’ (DDA Housing Scheme). Officials said that more than 32,000 flats will be sold in various categories under the scheme. It will be made available for and said that for the first time more than 1,100 luxury flats will be available for sale.
DDA’s new housing scheme will be launched soon
The decision to start the scheme was taken during the meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. Saxena is also the president of DDA. An official statement said that these flats are in places like Dwarka, Lok Nayak Puram and Narela. Even if people already have a flat or plot in Delhi, they can still buy DDA flat.
Flats will be available on ‘first come, first serve’
Officials said that flats will be introduced through e-auction and first come on the basis of come, first served (FCFS). The DDA said that all the flats introduced for sale under the scheme are newly made. The DDA’s top organization has given approval to start this scheme, now this scheme will be started soon.
