Dhokla recipe
Fresh and cold dhokla of base is very tasty to eat. Feed the guests who come home and make a Dhokla for breakfast. If you want to eat some healthy snacks in summer, then you can eat dhokla in the evening or in breakfast. Some people complain that their Dhokla does not become a spongy. Today we are telling you the recipe for making a uniform forged, soft and spongy dhokla. You can prepare this dhokla without soda. Know the easy recipe of Dhokla.
Soda Dhokla’s recipe
Step-1- To make Dhokla, you have to take 1 cup gram flour. Sieve the gram flour. Now take half a cup of curd of the cup from which gram flour is taken. Now put so much water in the curd that the entire cup is filled.
Now mix water and curd and make it like buttermilk. Put 2 pink turmeric in gram flour and dissolve the gram flour by adding some salt. Now keep whispering gram flour at least 5 minutes. While dissolving gram flour, you have to take care that one side is to be thrown. Cover the gram flour and keep it for 20 minutes. Now keep the water to boil in the pan, pot or stand in which you want to become a dhokla. Put a stand from above and Greece in the vessel in which the Dhokla is to be made. Now dissolve the mixer of Dhokla for 2-3 minutes. If there is more thin solution, then mix 1 spoon gram flour and mix.
Step-2- Now mix 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and 1 pouch eno. If the gram flour is dissolved for a long time, then you can make it without baking powder only with eno. Add eno only when the water in the pan becomes well heated. As soon as you add eno, put the gram flour batter in a vessel making a dhokla and place the stand on top of the boiling water in the pan and keep the vessel with the batter on top. Cover the pan on top of the lid and let it cook on the high flame for 15 minutes. If you want, then after 8 minutes make the gas light medium. Do not open the dhokla for 15 minutes and then check the dhokla. Put a knife in the middle and see if the knife comes out without sticking the batter, then understand that the dhokla has been formed. Now turn off the gas and leave the dhokla to cool like this.
Step-3- To make a temper of dhokla, add 1-2 teaspoons mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, long chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Add 1 big cup of water and add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Mix 1 lemon juice to sour. Turn off the gas after a boil and let it cool. Now cut the dhokla in a piece and put this citrus fresh water on the top on the dhokla. Dhokla will absorb the sugar syrup thoroughly and now keep it in the fridge to cool down slightly. If you eat cold and cold dhokla, then it will be fun.
