Makhane Raita
In the summer season, people often make cucumber raita or Bundi’s raita a part of their daily diet plan. But have you ever seen Makhana’s raita? If not, for your information, let us know that you can improve your health to a great extent by eating raita of nutrients. Let’s get information about this dry fruit raita. To make Makhana Raita, you will need one cup yogurt, two cups of makhana, one spoon raita masala, a little red chili powder, half spoon chaat masala, one-fourth spoon garam masala, a spoon desi ghee, a spoon finely chopped green coriander and a little salt.
First step- To make Makhana Raita, first put ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, put the makhana in the pan and fry it.
Second step- Makhanas have to be fry till it becomes light golden. When the roasted makhane gets cold, then put them in a mixer and grind them coarsely.
Third step- Now you have to extract curd in a bowl and beat it well. It is then the turn to add spices in curd.
Fourth step- Add raita masala, chaat masala, garam masala, red chili powder and salt to this curd bowl and mix all things well.
Fifth Step- Now you can add ground makhane in this mixture. If you feel raita more thick, then you can also mix a little water in it.
Sixth Step- Finally you can use finely chopped green coriander to garnish the raita of Makhana.
