Subsidy for building houses, free cooking gas, provision of pension, free and cheap ration etc. Many other such schemes are running in the country, one of which is Ayushman Bharat Scheme. The scheme is run by the Central Government and is a health scheme under which free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh is provided to eligible people. So if you also want to avail the benefit of free treatment by joining this scheme, then you will have to know your eligibility. So let us know who is eligible to apply. Check if you are eligible:-
If you also want to know whether you can get the benefit of this scheme or not, then you will have to check its eligibility. First of all you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in, here you have to click on the option ‘Am I eligible’. After this you will have to enter your 10 digit mobile number, on which an OTP will come. Enter the OTP and also enter the captcha code given on the screen and then click on login. Now two options will appear, first you have to select your state. Then select your district in the second option. Now fill the item by which you want to search i.e. – If you want to search from Aadhar card then select Aadhar. After this enter the Aadhaar number and click on search, then you will know whether you are eligible or not.
Eligible people should apply as follows:-
To apply, first of all you have to go to the nearest public service center, meet the concerned officer and submit your documents.
Apart from this, the eligibility of the applicant is also checked.
Then if everything looks right then the application is made.
