This will give you energy initially, but after that you may feel tired throughout the day. This should be avoided so that you can remain full of energy throughout the day. Eating fried and spicy foods on an empty stomach can affect the digestive system and increase the problem of gas or pain. Drinking alcohol on an empty stomach can increase pressure on the liver and can cause dehydration in the body. Alcohol is very dangerous for the liver because it contains alcohol.
