Easy way to make dosa at home

If you like South Indian dish dosa test very much, then you can also make it at home. It is very easy to make. Although many times people do not have a dosa pan at their home, then people are not able to make this recipe. But today we will talk to you the method of making dosa on an iron pan. So let’s know how to make multigrene dosa on an iron pan?

Material for Multigrain Dosa:

Rice – 1 cup, white urad dal – 1/4 cup, whole moong dal – 1/4 cup, arhar dal – 1/4 cup, yellow moong dal – 1/4 cup, chana dal – 1/4 cup, poha – 1/4 cup, ragi – 1/4 cup, 1/4 cup, fenugreek, fenugreek – 1tbsp, green peanuts – 3 ing, 3 ing, pillow – 1t

How to make dosa?

First step: In a bowl, add rice, urad dal, green moong dal, yellow moong dal, toor dal, gram dal, mustard seeds, poha and fenugreek seeds. Wash with enough water and soak for 6 hours. When pulses absorb water well, put it in a blender jar. Add some chopped ginger and green chili. Grind it and make a smooth solution, add some water if needed.

Second step: Now put the batter in a vessel and mix well. Cover and keep it in a warm place for 8 hours. After that, the solution will double. Now it has risen well. Now add salt and mix the solution gently. You can also make idli from batter and enjoy it with sambar, chutney and sauce.

Third step: If you do not have a dosa tava, then you can also make dosa on the pan. First heat the griddle and sprinkle water on it. When you are happy to get, then grease it well with oil. After that now spread the dosa batter on the griddle. Add some oil or ghee and bake the dosa. Fry until the dosa turns golden brown. Multigrain dosa batter can be stored in refrigerators for a week and used to make weekly breakfast. You can also make idli from batter and enjoy it with sambar, chutney and sauce.
