Feeding puree instead of solid food
Babies are introduced to solid foods and cereals after they are 6 months old. But many mothers make puree and feed fruits, pulses and grains to their children. Due to which the muscles of cutting and chewing do not develop properly. When a child bites and chews food, the muscles of the tongue become stronger. Due to which speaking skills develop quickly.
giving water from sippy cup
Many mothers use sipper cups to feed water to their babies. In which there is straw. Due to drinking from such sippy cups, the child faces difficulty in developing the swallowing process. Due to which the child speaks late.
Let the child use his tongue
For the sake of cleanliness, do not let the child clean his mouth immediately after feeding, rather let the child use his tongue. When children use their tongue, their palate develops. Which makes it easier for them to speak in the future.
