This recipe will be ready in no time. So let’s know how to make it at home?

Ingredients for Chia Pudding:

10 almonds, 10 cashews, 10 pistachios, 5 dates with seeds removed, one cup milk, pinch of saffron, half teaspoon cardamom powder, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, silver leaf and rose petals for garnish.

Step 1: First of all, add a pinch of saffron in a cup of hot milk and keep it like this for about 10-15 minutes. Now take 10 almonds, 10 cashews, 10 pistachios, 5 dates and half teaspoon cardamom powder in a big bowl. Put all these dry fruits in a bowl of milk. And keep them covered for 15 minutes so that the dry fruits and dates become soft.

Second Step: After the stipulated time, put the dry milk in a grinder jar and grind it finely. After grinding, take it out in a deep vessel and add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to it and mix well.

Step 3: Let the chia seeds absorb the milk and thicken it, so keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Remove them from the fridge after the stipulated time. Pour the chia pudding into your favorite serving dish and garnish with silver leaf and dried rose petals. Now enjoy this delicious and healthy pudding.
