Sattu’s recipe for making puris
First step- To prepare the Puris of Sattu, knead 1 big cup of wheat soft dough. Add light salt, ground celery and one teaspoon of ghee to the dough and knead the soft and keep it to be set.
Second step- Take sattu for stuffing and finely chop it finely. Cut 4-5 bud garlic, 1 inch ginger, 2 green chillies finely and coriander. Now mix all the things and add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil to Sattu. Add salt to taste and mix all the things.
Third step- To bring a mild achari flavor, add a mango pickle spice or a chili pickle in Sattu. If the pickle is not mixing, then squeeze and mix some lemon juice. Mix it while splashing water in Sattu’s stuffing. Keep in mind that stuffing is not to wet too much. Absolutely stuffing like Sattu’s paratha is to be made.
Fourth step- Now take the dough dough and make it light up. Now, fill the stuffing in the paratha, fill the stuffing and roll it down by pressing it lightly. Do not fill too much stuffing in Sattu’s puris. This can burst the puris. Roll out the puris with light hand and bake.
