Mango emerald recipe
First step- To make mango emerald, take about 5-6 raw mangoes. Now wash them thoroughly with water and put it in the cooker and keep it to boil. If you want, you can boil the mangoes by peeling, by taking out the kernels and cutting. Put the mango 1 large glass of water and keep it to boil.
Second Step- The mango will boil well in just 2-3 whistles on medium flame. After opening the cooker, take out the mango and its water and leave it to cool. Till then you clean 10-15 mint leaves. Now take a mixer and add mango and some water to it. Now add mint to it.
Third step- Add sugar to it while grinding mangoes. You can keep sugar less according to your taste. Now mix all three things and grind them finely. Add the remaining water to this mixture. Add a little ground black pepper, ground fennel powder and fill it in a jar or bottle and keep it in the fridge to cool down.
Fourth step- Now whenever you feel like drinking mango emerald, take out half a glass of mango emerald from the bottle. Add some water and ice cubes to it. Add roasted and ground cumin on top. Add black salt and crush a little mint leaves and drink cool cold mango emerald.
Fifth step- You can drink it by making it thin or slightly thick according to your account. If you are taking mango emerald in food, then keep it lightly thick. You can store for a week by creating a mango page. It does not spoil for 6-7 days. This reduces the risk of heat stroke.
