If you do not have a good and healthy breakfast in the morning, it can have adverse effects on the body in the long run. There will be weakness throughout the day and many diseases can also occur in the body. Therefore, include healthy things in breakfast. Eating makhana and milk in breakfast provides full energy to the body. Makhana and milk is a healthy breakfast rich in protein, vitamins and calcium. This breakfast can be made easily. You put the makhana in milk and boil it. You can also call it Makhana Kheer. It looks very tasty to eat. Know how to eat makhana with milk and how to prepare this kheer?

Prepare kheer from makhana and milk, know the recipe

Step 1- You can prepare kheer by mixing makhana and milk for breakfast. For this, take 1 bowl of thick sized makhana. Add 1 tsp ghee in a pan and fry the makhana. When the makhana is roasted and becomes slightly crispy, add dry fruits like cashews, almonds, walnuts and then fry further.

Step 2- Now take out all the things and let them cool slightly. Now add milk in the pan and leave it to boil. Now add makhana and remaining dry fruits to this boiling milk. If you want, you can grind them lightly and mix them in milk. Now let them boil for a while and then add cardamom to the milk. Add some sugar as per taste and this special recipe of Doodh Makhana is ready, which you can also call Makhana Kheer.

Step 3- You can add dry fruits of your choice in it. This is the best way to consume milk and makhana. Children will also like this recipe very much. You can also add chironji in it. Serve hot Makhana Kheer for breakfast. This is a super healthy breakfast. If you want, you can also use honey instead of sugar.
