Potato Raita Recipe
First step- To make potato raita, first take 1 bowl of thick curd and blend it lightly. Mix the curd with churning. If you want, you can also add light water to the curd because after adding potatoes, yogurt becomes even more thick.
Second step- Boil 2 potatoes well in the cooker and let it cool. Now mix the potatoes by rubbing by hand and let it coarsely coarse. You do not have to rub the potatoes very finely. Do the same as potatoes prepare for parathas.
Third step- Now mix about 1 potato mix in curd. If there is more yogurt, then both potatoes can be mixed. Add black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin seeds to the raita. Now add some chaat masala to it. Add 1 bark chopped green chili and green coriander.
Fourth step- Eating with tempering in raita increases the taste even more. For this, heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add cumin and asafoetida to it, add 1 pinch of red chili and mix the tempering in the raita immediately.
