He has told in his latest post that people who are sitting 10 or more hours can reduce how to lose 10 kg. However, it is not possible to do this only 1-2 days or a month. You have to improve only 1 percent daily. In this way you can achieve your weight loss goal.
Decrease 10 kg in seating job
Eat food carefully- Start with high high protein, low insulin food in food. Include eggs, chicken, tofu and green vegetables in the house mile. Eat Greek yogurt or nuts instead of sweet snacks.
Take a break every hour- Take a break of 1 minute every hour in a 9-hour job. Walk fast, stretching, activity like squat, wall pushups. 10-15 minutes a day daily, run squat, plank, yoga, or fast.
Be active and be hydrated- Drink about 3 liters of water daily, this will keep the body hydrated. Be physically active, climb the stairs instead of the lift.
Follow this diet

Lunch- Eat grilled chicken or cheese salad and seeds in lunch. With this, quinoa or brown rice can be taken about half a cup.
Snacks- In the evening, you can eat Greek yogurt or cocotan yogurt, 10 almonds or walnuts in the evening.
Dinner- Eat food at night till 7 pm. Dinner can eat boiled or light fry vegetables in which broccoli, capsicum, cucumber can be eaten. Grilled fish or cheese can be eaten with it.
With this, some exercises in which strengthening and cardio on the first day. Do core and full body exercise on the second day. Do some yoga and stretching exercises on the third day. This will make you easily in weight loss and reduce weight quickly.
