Things required to make ginger garlic paste

60 percent garlic

40 percent ginger

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Follow these tips to make ginger garlic paste

To make ginger garlic paste, first of all, prepare a paste by putting 60% garlic, 40% ginger, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon white vinegar and half teaspoon salt in a mixer. While doing this, take special care that while making this paste, do not use water at all. Also, run the mixer on pulse. Now you can fill the prepared garlic-ginger paste in any glass air tight container and store it in the fridge. The specialty of this paste is that you can use this paste for many weeks.

Vinegar stops the enzyme activity in the ginger-garlic paste, due to which the garlic-ginger paste will not spoil quickly nor will there be any change in its taste.
