In which you can lose weight by including only healthy things. However, for this you will have to follow those measures and routine continuously for about 1 month. The most effective and easy ways to lose weight

Drink plenty of water – If you want to reduce the fat accumulated on the body, then make it a habit to drink plenty of water. You should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. This makes the digestive system work better. Drink hot water during cold days. Due to this the stomach will start reducing gradually.

Exercise daily – There is no need to go to the gym to work out, if you want, you can do just a 30-minute workout at home. If you want, you can do yoga, any abdominal exercise or jogging for 30 minutes. Can also do cycling. Running and push ups reduce belly fat.

Take a healthy diet- Food plays an important role in weight loss. Include as many fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins as possible in your diet. Due to this, the body gets essential nutrients and the accumulated fat starts reducing. Reduce the amount of salt, sugar and oil in food. Leave flour and outside food.

Gap between meals – It is also very important to keep a gap between meals. There should be a gap of at least 3-4 hours between each of your miles. Keeping a gap between meals makes the digestive system healthy and the fat accumulated in the body starts reducing. Therefore, leave a good gap between visits. If you want, you can also do intermittent fasting.

Reduce stress- As stress increases, weight also increases. Under stress, hormones start getting disturbed due to which fat starts increasing on the stomach and other parts of the body. You can do yoga to reduce stress. You can take help of meditation or any other technique. To reduce stress, take 7-8 hours of sleep every day. This will start reducing belly fat.
