First step- To make Shikanji, first make Shikanji Masala. For this, you have to put 3 spoon cumin in a pan and fry it on low flame.
Second step- Now add 2 spoon black pepper, 5 cardamom and about one inch dry ginger and fry them.
Third step- After this, stop the gas and wait for this mixture to cool down. Now mix a spoon black salt and one spoon salt in it.
Fourth step- After this, grind this mixture thoroughly and make a powder. You can store this shikanji spices in any jar.
Fifth step- To make Shikanji, put a few pieces of ice in a glass. Add a spoon shikanji masala, one spoon sugar powder, two spoon vegetable seeds, one spoon lemon juice and a little mint leaves in this glass.
Sixth Step- Add soda water to the glass and mix all the things well. Now you can drink this shikanji.
