First step- To make the semi of the flour, first of all, take out the flour, celery, salt, ghee and oil.
Second step- Take out the flour in a bowl. Add salt, celery and ghee to this bowl and mix all the things well.

Fourth step- then cover the bowl. Keeping the flour covered for a while will swell the flour well.
