These works can help in making the brain super sharp.

Do these 7 things to make your brain super sharp

1. Deep breathing-TOI According to the news, your brain is always in fight or flight mode. After the stress of the whole day, the brain needs to rest. In such a situation, it is important for oxygen to reach the nerves of the brain. When you practice deep breathing, that is, take deep long breaths, then more oxygen will reach your brain and this will activate the brain’s parasympathetic nervous system. This will make the brain feel safe and it will come into rest and repair mode.

2. Read a book- Nowadays people do not sleep without looking at their mobile but this is a very wrong habit. There is a risk of many diseases due to this. Since the brain remains very active throughout the day, when you read a few pages of a book before sleeping at night, the brain will go towards relaxing. This will increase the memory power.

3. Reduce screen time- If you cannot spend time without screen at night or cannot sleep without it, then be alert immediately. Reduce the habit of screen as soon as possible before sleeping at night. If you keep doing this, the cortex part of the brain will become thin. After this, it will become difficult to remember things.

4. Yoga while sleeping- Do some yoga or meditation on the bed before sleeping at night, this will bring the mind into a calm state. Bedtime yoga will help in releasing stress and blood circulation in the brain will increase, this will bring more oxygen to the brain.

5. Solve puzzles- If you want to sharpen your mind or make your intelligence sharp, then make it a daily habit. If you solve some puzzles at night like filling empty boxes with numbers, solving crosswords, etc., keep doing these things. This will make the brain cells healthy.

6. Dinner with friends- If you want your brain to remain healthy, your memory to remain sharp, your intelligence to be sharp, then sometimes have dinner with friends. This will make you happy. Happiness makes brain cells healthy. This will improve brain function.

7. Almonds and seeds- Inflammation is the biggest enemy of brain cells. Almonds and seeds are the best option to remove inflammation. Almonds and seeds contain plenty of omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants which do not allow inflammation in the brain. Therefore, eat some seeds and almonds before sleeping at night.
