Lalbaug Cha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal was established in 1934 by the Kolis of Chinchpokli. There are two types of lines for darshan of Bappa in this pandal. One is Mukh Darshan and the other is Charan Darshan. While Mukh Darshan is done in 5 to 6 hours, people stand in queue for 24 to 36 hours for Charan Darshan. VIP pass is also available for Charan Darshan. Every famous personality from Bollywood, business to politics comes to have darshan of Lalbaug Ka Raja.
Mumbai Cha Raja: ‘Mumbai Cha Raja or Ganesh Galli Cha Raja’ is situated in Ganesh Nagar of Parel, Mumbai. This pandal is one of the famous pandals of Mumbai. Every year pandals are organized here on different themes. This grand Ganpati pandal is located at a short distance from Lalbaugcha Raja. Chinchpokli Cha Chintamani’: The ‘Chinchpokli Cha Chintamani’ pandal is also very popular among devotees. This Ganesh mandal is located on Dattaram Lad Marg in Chinchpokli. People have been installing Ganpati here since 1920. That means this Ganesh pandal is more than 100 years old.
