Moong Dal Paratha Recipe

Moong Dal Paratha Recipe
First step- To make green moong dal parathas, soak 1 cup of whole or two pieces moong dal in water overnight. Now wash the dal once again with clean water and remove all the water.
Second step- Now grind coarsely in a grinder without adding moong dal. Take out the lentils and add about 2 cups of wheat flour. Add 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons of kasoori fenugreek, 1 teaspoon salt, half teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 2 pinch asafetida, a little -chopped ginger, finely chopped green chillies and 1 finely chopped onion.
Third step- Now add 1 tbsp of mango pickle oil masala. Mix one teaspoon mustard seeds, finely chopped coriander and everything with flour. Now prepare a soft do by adding some water. Keep 15 minutes to set the flour.
Fourth step- Make dough to make parathas with flour and roll them like bread. Now cut the roti to the middle and fold the layer like cone. You can fold any way you make Lachha Paratha. Or you can also make them flaky. Roll the paratha well and then bake it with ghee.
