Fruit Christmas Pound Cake

Flour- 1 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Butter- half cup
Dry fruits – half cup
Condensed milk- 1 cup
Eggs- 2
Orange juice – half cup
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence – half teaspoon
Nutmeg powder- half teaspoon
Fruit Christmas Pound Cake Recipe
First of all, soak the dry fruits in orange juice for 30 minutes. This will make them soft and give great taste to the cake.
Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tin with butter paper or grease it with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour.
Now beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one and beat well.
