Bhaang ki Chutney Recipe

The special Bhaang ki chutney of Uttarakhand can prove to be very beneficial for your health. The spicy taste of Bhaang ki chutney can become a favorite of everyone from children to adults. Let us know about the very easy way to make Bhaang ki chutney.
First step- First of all, put half a cup of hemp seeds in the pan and dry roast them on low flame for about 5 minutes.
Second step- You have to roast the hemp seeds till they turn light brown and keep stirring the seeds continuously. After roasting the seeds, leave them to cool.
Third Step- Now add roasted hemp seeds, one cup green coriander leaves, 2 teaspoons chopped green chillies and chopped ginger in the blender.
Fourth step – Add 4 garlic cloves, one spoon salt, one spoon lemon juice and half cup water in the blender and blend all these things well.
Fifth step- After this, to temper the chutney, heat a big spoon of ghee in a pan on medium flame. Now fry 2 whole dry red chillies in hot ghee for just 5 seconds.
Sixth step- Now mix this seasoning well with the chutney. Your tasty, spicy and healthy Bhaang ki chutney is ready to serve.
You can serve Uttarakhand’s famous bhang chutney with rice or roti. Believe me, you will like the taste of this bhang chutney made in the Pahadi style.
