In which 37% of men and about 49% of women are suffering from serious stomach ailments. In research, it was found that many times the intestines were not working properly due to disturbances in the digestive system, while some people were feeling minor problems like constipation, heaviness in the stomach, burning, diarrhea and fatigue.

According to yoga guru Swami Ramdev, a person can face many stomach related problems like abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, gas, constipation and diarrhea due to irritable bowel syndrome. On the other hand, according to Baba Ramdev, there is no need to panic or get upset, but by taking special care of diet and doing yoga, one can get rid of it.
According to Baba Ramdev, conch shell is very beneficial for the stomach. Warm water should be drunk every morning after waking up. Also keep in mind that drink 1-2 liters of water at a time. Along with this, mix rock salt and lemon in water and do stretching for 5 minutes after drinking water.
On the other hand, to keep the stomach fit, one should do asanas like Tadasana, Tiryak Tadasana, Katichkrasana, Tiryak Bhujangasana, Udrakar Asana, Mandukasana, Shashakasan and Yogamudrasan etc. Through these asanas, the problem of constipation of the afflicted person is removed, as well as getting rid of gas. Apart from this, the trouble of digestion is removed and the small and large intestines are activated. Not only this, through this yoga, liver and kidney diseases are removed and fatigue, stress and anxiety are removed.
