You can also use jaggery in this butter to make it sugar free. Material-
2 cups cashews
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp coconut oil
sugar or jaggery
Method-
To make cashew butter, first take a grinder jar. Add cashew nuts and salt/jaggery to it and grind it. Now add coconut milk and grind it again. Store the prepared cashew butter in an airtight container and store it in the fridge. Serve it with bread.

Keep cashew butter in an air tight container only. Take care that no water droplets get in it, otherwise the chances of spoiling the butter increase. If you want to make cashew butter sweet, then do not use salt in it. You can also use jaggery instead of sugar in cashew butter.
