Wheat Momos Recipe

First step- To eat healthy momos with fervor, first tighten the cabbage in grated. Great the carrots in the same way and put salt in it and keep it. On the other hand, make wheat flour dow and keep it for 10 minutes. If you want, you can add some salt to the dough.

Second step- To make the stuffing of momos more special, you can also add onion, cheese and non-veg chicken mince. Due to mixing salt in cabbage, a lot of water starts releasing. So squeeze the cabbage in a cotton cloth and squeeze.

Third step- After squeezing cabbage and carrots, mix chopped onion, cheese, chilli, ginger and pepper according to your own. Now the stuffing of momos is ready.

Fourth step- Now set the dough lightly by hand and make dough and roll it into small size. Fill the stuffing inside the momos by giving shape according to your own. Creating momos is the most difficult task. The more beautiful momos size will be tasty to eat.

Fifth step- Now put the prepared momos in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes. Homemade hot, tasty and healthy momos are ready. If you want, you can also make momos by mixing both flour or flour and maida instead of flour.

How to make momos chutney

The taste of momos without chutney has always faded. For momose spicy chutney, take four to five tomatoes, one all round garlic and 8 to 10 dry red chili, add salt as per taste and boil it first. Now grind all the things and apply cumin seeds in it. Prepared is the very sharp and spicy chutney of momos, serve it with momos.
