A cup of sprouts
half cup curd
Dried red chillies
Turmeric Powder
Coriander Powder
2-3 tomato paste
One teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
Finely chopped onion 2
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red Chilli
Fenugreek seeds
Ingredients for making sprouts vegetable
-To make sprouts vegetable, first steam the sprouts a little. So that it gets cooked well but there is no water in it.
-Now add curd, black pepper coriander powder, roasted cumin, turmeric, kasuri methi and garlic paste to these sprouts, mix it and keep it in the fridge to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-Now heat oil in a pan. Add some whole spices like bay leaves, big cardamom, small cardamom, cloves, black pepper, mace, cinnamon etc.
-Also add finely chopped onion, stir and fry on low flame till it turns golden.
-When the onion is fried, add half a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste to it. Also add turmeric and Kashmiri red chilli to the spices.
-Add tomato paste and fry. When it is fried well, add some water and dilute it. Cook on high flame and thicken it.
-Now add sprouts to it. Also add salt, stir and let it cook for two minutes.
– If you want, you can also make some gravy by adding water to it. But without gravy, it tastes more delicious.
-Tasty sprouts vegetable is ready, serve it hot with roti or paratha.
