To make beetroot cheela you will need
1 cup gram flour
2 large boiled beets
1/2 cup oats powder
2 pinch asafoetida
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
2 tbsp coriander leaves
50 grams cheese
salt as required

To make beetroot cheela, add gram flour, oats flour, carom seeds, salt and asafoetida in a vessel and mix these dry ingredients well. Then put the boiled beetroot in the blender and make a smooth puree. Combine this beetroot puree with other ingredients and mix well to form a beautiful reddish-pink colored batter. Add water if needed, otherwise leave it aside. Now to prepare the filling, grate the cheese and then add green coriander, chopped onion and mix well. Now to make cheela, heat the pan well. Then add the batter and spread it in circles to spread the batter. Now cook it until it becomes light brown and crisp on both sides. Then add the cheese filling on one side and fold it.
