Holi Special Recipe: On Holi, people make a lot of gujiya in homes. People also buy many types of sweets from outside. But, today we have brought you a great Holi special recipe which people in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar eat with great fervor. The dessert we are talking about is made of rice flour which is called Anarsa. There is not much hard work in making this dessert and it does not spoil quickly. So, let’s know how to make Anarsa?

First step: To make Anarsa, first wash the rice and soak it in water for 3 days. Change water every day. Sieve the water on the third day and spread the rice equally on a clean cloth for 10-12 minutes. When the rice is dry, put it in the grinder jar and grind it till there is a soft powder.
Second step: Now sieve this powder with a sieve and then add sugar powder and sprinkle milk and knead soft dough. Then make balls with this flour and keep it in the box for two days. After two days, now break the balls and add some milk to it again and knead the dough again.
Third step: Now cover the dough and keep it for 1 hour. Use a plastic sheet and sprinkle some poppy seeds on it. Take a small ball of flour and press on top of poppy seeds. Turn the ball with hands and dilute it. Heat ghee/oil in a frying pan and filter it. In this way, delicious anarsa will be easily ready at home
