On Monday, 24 February, Delhi MCD has given a big gift to Delhiites. Yesterday, Delhi MCD Mayor Mahesh Dhani announced the House Tax waiver scheme after a meeting with senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party and MCD officials.
This proposal will be passed in the MCD House today i.e. on Tuesday. After this, the people of Delhi will get relief from house tax. But some criteria have been set for this. Let us tell you that under this house tax waiver scheme of Delhi MCD, the house tax of the houses will not be forgiven.
Delhi MCD Mayor Mahesh Dhani along with senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Durgesh Pathak, Deputy Mayor Ravindra Bhardwaj and leader Sadan Mukesh Goyal made a big announcement for the people of Delhi. Announcing for the people of Delhi, Rajya Sabha MP and senior leader Sanjay Singh said that those who will submit house tax of the financial year 2024-25 on time. After this, their previous arrears will be forgiven. Along with this, there is also a problem with giving exemption in house tax.
