Maharashtrian Style Kanda Poha
Maharashtrian style Kanda Poha is not only famous but also beneficial for health. To make poha, you have one and a half cup poha, a medium size finely chopped onion, a small size potato chopped into small pieces, two finely chopped green chillies, 10 curry leaves, half small spoon mustard/mustard seeds, half small spoon turmeric powder, half small spoon sugar, a small spoon spoon sugar, two big spoon -spoon oil, two big spoon oils, two big spoon And fresh coriander will be needed.
First step- To make Maharashtrian style Kanda Poha, first remove the poha in a big pot and wash it with light hands. Keep in mind that wash the pohe and take it out of the water along with it or else the poha will become more soft.
Second step- Now add turmeric powder, sugar and salt to the pohe. After this, heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Third step- After the rye cracks, fry the peanuts till it becomes light golden. Now add curry leaves, green chillies, chopped onion and potato pieces and fry till it turns light brown.
Fourth step- After this you have to add poha to it and mix all things well on low flame for about two minutes.
Fifth step- To increase the test of pohe, you should also add lemon juice. Finally turn off the gas and keep the poha covered for two minutes.
To serve this pohe, take it out in a small plate. You can use green coriander, raw onion, coconut pieces, lemon slices and sev for garnishing of pohe. Believe me, after tasting this tasty pohe, you will make Kanda Poha in Maharashtrian style itself.
