When we start moving in one direction, memories of the past are left behind.
5. Follow positive thinking and consistency
Those whom we live with and what we hear, they affect our mind. The pain of the past can be deeper by negative thinking or pessimistic people. Try to keep in touch with those encouraging, inspiring and positive thinking. This will increase your energy and self -confidence.
6. Express emotions through art, writing or meditation
Many times the feelings buried in the mind repeatedly alive memories of the past. It is very important to take them out. You can balance your inner feelings by adopting methods like diary writing, drawing, listening to music, or meditation.
7. Do not hesitate to seek professional help
