If you are troubled by the movement of pigeons in the balcony then just adopt this solution. Take some shiny black polythene. Twist the old newspaper into a round shape. Now fill it in shiny black foil. Keep in mind that the newspaper or paper should be folded only slightly. So that when filled in polythene, it appears thick and full. Now hang this polythene at a height in the balcony at a place where sunlight or light is reflected. Seeing this the pigeons do not come to the balcony easily.
