Paneer ki sabzi is delicious to eat but the same taste sometimes seems boring. In such a situation, today we will tell you the recipe of paneer lababdar in Kashmiri style. The way of making it is a little different. Along with this, its taste is also very amazing. So let’s know how to make paneer lababdar?

Ingredients for making Paneer Lababdar

For puree – chopped tomatoes – 2, cashews – 2 tablespoons, garlic – 2, cardamom pod – 2, cloves – 3-4, ginger – 1 inch piece, salt – according to taste

Recipe for making Paneer Lababdar

First step: To make Paneer Lababdar, first cut the Paneer into pieces and take out rice flour in a bowl. Mix the Paneer well in the flour. Now, turn on the gas and place a pan. When the oil is hot, deep fry the Paneer and keep it in another vessel.

Second step: After this, put a cup of water in a vessel and boil it by adding tomatoes, garlic and ginger pieces, cloves, cashews and a little salt. When the tomatoes become soft, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool. After this, put the ingredients in the mixer jar and prepare the puree.

Third step: Now heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Now, temper it with bay leaves, cinnamon, green chillies in the pan. After some time, add finely chopped onions and cook till golden. Then mix turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and other spices. When the spices start releasing the aroma, add tomato puree to it and stir well and let it cook until it releases oil.

Fourth step: When the spices are cooked, add deep fried paneer pieces and mix well. Now add a glass of water and cover it. After 15 minutes add kasuri methi and then turn off the gas. Your Kashmiri paneer lababdar is ready.
