Additionally, this pain causes disturbances in pain-sensitive structures around the brain. Work stress (tension), problems bring headache (headache). However, headache is the most serious of all sorrows. It feels like the head is beating.. coming and going.. decreasing and intensifying. Some vomit, some don’t. If someone talks, you may get angry. Sounds are not audible, they are not perceptible to light. Be it travelling, too much exposure to sunlight, eating too late or not eating at all, sleeping too little or too much, this type of headache can occur in all such cases.
In some families, headache also comes in heredity. Another argument is that it is caused by blockage of blood vessels in the head. Nowadays headache troubles us due to many reasons like work stress, tension, sleep problems and genetic problems. Headache remedies can be used to relieve headaches.
Frequent headaches mean that no matter how calm the mind is, irritability and anger can become so intense that one cannot function. Can’t tolerate small noises, can’t see light properly..feels like eyes are getting dark. These are the symptoms of headache. However, if the headache is severe, it is better to sit alone in any room. Also, if the room is a little darker, it will be more peaceful. The more fluids you consume in your diet, the more relief you will get from pain.
Sit on a chair and place your feet in a bucket filled with warm water. Doing this at least an hour before sleeping can reduce chronic headaches and sinus headaches. Drinking hot mustard also provides relief from headache.
In case of headache, it is best to stay away from things like phone, laptop, computer. Leaving all this aside.. if the body gets enough food and enough sleep, they will be stimulated without any real headache.
