To check eligibility, first of all you have to visit the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
After this you have to click on the option of ‘Am I eligible’ here
Then you have to enter your 10 digit mobile number here on which OTP will come.

Now login by entering this given OTP and captcha code given on the screen.
Then select the scheme and select your state, sub scheme and also select your district
After this go to ‘Search by’ and select any document like Aadhaar and then enter your Aadhaar number and enter captcha.
Then finally you have to click on search after which you will know whether you are eligible or not.
