Get good sleep: If you want to conceive quickly, get good and better sleep. Sleeping less than 6 hours or more than 9 hours per day reduces the chances of conception by 25%. So make sure you get 6-8 hours of good sleep every day.
Do not cook in aluminium and nonstick pans: Avoid cooking in aluminium and nonstick pans, drinking water from plastic bottles and storing snacks and snacks in plastic containers. The chemicals released from these affect fertility to some extent by imbalming the hormonal balance.
Spend time together: Both partners should spend at least 30 minutes together and do things that you like. Such as practicing yoga, pranayama, meditation together or talking about the future baby helps in improving the chances of conception.
Work on your fitness: If you are overweight, control it. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Do walking, jogging, running, yoga, stretching, cycling, swimming, whatever you like best.
Consume these things: Take any of pomegranate, avocado, amla, jamun, banana, coconut 2-3 times a week. Also include roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds in your diet regularly. Also women should consume Shatavari Ghrita and men should consume Ashwagandha Ghrita or Ashwagandha with ghee-milk.
Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes: Avoid smoking, alcohol and caffeine consumption as all these affect fertility. Men should avoid keeping their phones in their pant pockets. This can affect sperm quality.
For both men and women: Avoid using gadgets for the first 30 minutes after waking up and the last 30 minutes before going to sleep. This helps in hormonal balance, reduces cortisol and improves the secretion of melatonin which helps in improving egg quality.
