Ingredients for Jowar Dosa:

One and a half cup cup tide flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, 2 tablespoons semolina, 4 cups of water, 1 carrot grated, 1 onion, chopped coriander, 2 green chillies, 1 teaspoon cumin, curry leaves, 1 Tongue

How to make tide dosa?


First step: In a large bowl, add one and a half cup of tide flour, half a cup of rice flour, 2 tablespoons of semolina and mix well together. Now add 1 carrot grated, 1 fine onion chopped, coriander, 2 green chillies, 1 teaspoon cumin, curry leaves, salt according to taste and mix well. Then add 4 cups of water and stir the batter well. Cover it and keep it for 10-15 minutes.



Second step: Now heat the dosa griddle and apply light oil on it. Now run the batter again well and put the batter when the griddle is hot. Add some ghee or oil on top. And let it cook on medium to low heat for 7-8 minutes till it turns golden brown. After the fixed time, remove the crunchy dosa from the pan. Your spicy dosa is ready to eat.


Ingredients for chutney:

1 cup fresh coconut, 2 green chillies, 1 inch ginger, 2 tablespoons roasted gram, coriander, a piece tamarind, salt as per taste, 2-3 tablespoons to apply water, to add tempering- Heat 2 tablespoons oil, 1 Add chili spoon mustard seeds, curry leaves and 1-2 dry red chili

How to make chutney?

In the mixer jar, add 1 cup fresh coconut, 2 green chillies, a piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons roasted gram, coriander leaves, a piece tamarind, as per salt taste, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and grind them finely. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves and 1-2 dry red chili. Your coconut sauce is ready.
