Lifestyle News Desk: Many days before the festival of Diwali, people start cleaning their houses. This cleaning which makes every corner of the house shine is so tiring that it even takes away the glow of the face. If you want to bring back the lost glow of your face without any chemical treatment or facial, then include Parvatasana Yoga in your routine. Parvatasana helps in detoxifying the body and keeping the immune system strong. Which brings natural glow to the skin.

How to do Parvatasana Yoga
To do Parvatasana yoga, first of all sit on the yoga mat in Dandasana posture, spread your legs in front and keep your hands next to the body and sit in Padmasana posture. Now place your right foot on the left thigh and left foot on the right thigh and take deep breaths slowly for 5 seconds. Now join your palms in Namaskar Mudra and pull your hands above the head. While doing this, keep your hips on the ground and pull your hands upward. While doing this you will feel a stretch in your body. After doing this posture for about 30-40 seconds, exhale normally and lower your hands and slowly come back to your previous posture.

precautions
Parvatasana Yoga should not be practiced in case of spinal pain, diarrhea, asthma problem, pain or stiffness in the neck, pain in shoulder, arm or knee, arthritis problem. If you are doing yoga for the first time, then always practice Parvatasana yoga under the supervision of a trainer.

How does Parvatasana enhance facial glow?
Toning of facial muscles
Parvatasana improves the posture of the person and tones the facial muscles, which brings glow on the face.

Improve blood circulation
By doing Parvatasana, blood circulation in the body improves. Due to good blood circulation in the body, the skin gets more oxygen and nutrients, which increases the glow of the face.

Regular practice of Parvatasana reduces mental stress, which helps in reducing blemishes and wrinkles on the face caused due to stress.

strong digestive system
Parvatasana yoga helps in strengthening the digestive system and releases all the juices necessary for digestion. Due to which there is no problem of indigestion and constipation.
