To make Dhaba Wala Aloo Gobi you will need
4 potatoes

1 medium sized cauliflower floret

2 medium sized onions

2 large tomatoes

half teaspoon cumin

a bay leaf

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

salt as per taste

a handful of coriander

3 to 4 green chillies

1 tbsp mustard oil

How to make Dhaba Aloo Gobi
Prepare like this – To make vegetable, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and then peel them and cut each potato into four parts. Now wash the cabbage well and cut it into big pieces. Along with this, finely chop the onion and tomato and cut the green chilli from the middle. Also chop coriander finely, wash it with water and keep it aside.

Make the vegetable like this – To make it, heat oil in a pan and then first fry the cabbage in it. Then take it out in a plate. Now heat the oil again and add bay leaves and cumin seeds. After 30 seconds add potatoes and mix it. Add garlic-ginger paste to the potatoes and then cover and cook for some time. Now add onion to it and mix well. Cover it again and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes. When it is cooked, mix red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder well. When the masala is cooked, add cauliflower to it and then add garam masala powder. Now add green chillies to it and mix. Finally garnish it with green coriander.
