Massage 1
Due to the neck being in the same position continuously, tension accumulates in the muscles and a knot starts to appear at the place of pain. Therefore, it is important to release these knots. So that stiffness can be removed. First of all, with the help of the thumb, lightly press the point where the pain is occurring. Release it after pressing about ten to fifteen times.
Massage 2
After this, place the thumbs of both hands exactly in the middle of the neck and the beginning of the back and massage with light pressure towards both the shoulders. Massage in this manner for about ten to twenty times.
