Lifestyle news desk, vegetarian people have the same passion for cheese as non-veg people towards chicken. By the way, Hyderabad is famous for its biryani. But the cheese recipe of this city is wonderful. If you are bored by making and eating the same paneer vegetables in the same way, then make it with Hyderabadi spices this time. Everyone will like its taste. Hyderabadi cheese is prepared by mixing with curry leaves, lemon and milk. So let’s know what is its recipe.

Hyderabadi cheese making materials
250 grams cheese
Half a cup of milk
Curry leaf
Half a teaspoon ground turmeric
Cumin
2 cloves
1 inch piece of ginger
refined oil
2-3 chopped onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Half chili red chili powder
1 teaspoon desi ghee
Saline
1 teaspoon pepper masala
5 buds garlic
Dry red chili

Hyderabadi Paneer Recipe
First, dry cumin, cloves, black pepper, sesame and red chili in a pan.
Then grind these spices in a grinder jar and make powder.
After grinding the mosquito, put oil in a wide bottom vessel and heat it.
– Add square pieces of cheese to it and fry it.
Now heat oil once again in the other wide bottom pot.
-As soon as the oil is hot, add curry leaves and onion.
Fry for a few minutes until the onion is golden.
-Now add fresh fresh masala to it. Add cried ginger and garlic as well.
-Fry well and add milk. Cook for a few minutes and finally add cheese pieces.
-Add lemon juice and cook on low flame. The bus is ready, serve with delicious Hyderabadi Paneer Curry, hot bread or rice.
