Ingredients to make Moong Dal Chilla
Moong dal- 1 cup
Carrot – 1 grated
Capsicum – 1 finely chopped
Cabbage – 1 bowl finely chopped
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped
Oil – for frying cheela
Tomato- 1 chopped
Onion- 1 chopped
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- half teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
water as required
Coriander leaves – finely chopped

How to make Moong Dal Chilla
If you want to make moong dal cheela, then first clean it with water. Now soak it in water in a bowl for 4-5 hours. When it swells well, put it in the mixer and grind it. – Add a little water to it and grind it so that it does not remain dry. Prepare thick solution. Now take it out in a bowl. – Now add turmeric, cumin and red chili powder and mix. Chop all the vegetables finely. Now put all these vegetables in the moong dal solution. Also add green coriander and salt. If you want, you can also add a pinch of asafoetida in it. Many people like the taste of asafoetida. Now mix well once, the moong dal solution is ready. Place the pan on the gas stove and add oil in it. When it becomes hot, add a ladle of batter to it and spread it well on the pan. Bake on medium flame until golden on both sides. When the cheela becomes brown and crisp, keep it in a plate. – Continue making cheela with the entire batter in the same manner. Serve it with hot tomato sauce or green chutney.
