Ingredients for making Cheela

half cup of gram flour
Semolina 1/4 cup
Wheat flour 1/4 cup
Turmeric half teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Whatever vegetables are there in the house, like onion, green chilli, green coriander, capsicum.
For this, first take gram flour and semolina in a bowl. Or you can also take only gram flour. If you want, add some flour to it, now prepare a thick batter. – Cut the vegetables into small pieces and mix them. – Heat the pan and spread some oil on it, now spread some batter on the pan and make the flame medium. Turn the cheela with the help of a ladle and fry it, hot and tasty healthy cheela is ready. You can eat it with tea or chutney, pickle.

Semolina Ball or Instant Ball Idli
This quick idli is very tasty and if very little oil is used in it, then it is also healthy. Know the recipe.

1 cup semolina
a cup of water
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
half teaspoon chili flakes
Kashmiri red chilli 1/4 tsp
A little coriander
Two to three green chillies
Mustard or cumin seeds (for tempering)
Dry roast the semolina in a pan and take it out in a plate. – Now add a spoonful of oil in the same pan and crackle the mustard seeds, after that add semolina and water and also add turmeric powder, chilli flakes and salt. Keep stirring it continuously so that lumps do not form. A thick batter will be ready in two to three minutes. – Remove it from the flame and knead it like roti dough and prepare small balls. – Steam these balls for 7 to 8 minutes. – Pour some oil in the pan, add mustard seeds and green chillies and add semolina balls, now add Kashmiri red chillies and garnish with green coriander and serve.

Semolina Upma
Two cups of semolina
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Mustard seeds (for seasoning)
One to two green chillies chopped
salt to taste
3 to 4 teaspoons ghee or oil
Put water in a vessel to heat. – On the other hand, lightly fry semolina in one spoon of oil or ghee on the gas. Take out the roasted semolina in a plate. – Now put oil in the pan and let it heat up slightly. – Now add mustard seeds to it. Add green chillies. – After this add turmeric, salt and red chilli powder and stir. Keep the flame medium. – Now add semolina and hot water to it. Cover it and cook for two to three minutes. In this way your upma is ready.
